Choice #1 Response Magic
Automated follow up is essential in managing an online mlm or direct sales business. I've tried several and although some are very good, I like Response Magic for direct sales. With Response Magic, I not only have a good autoresponder service, but an excellent contact manager and scheduling system. I have been able to program regular emails to send as well as special emails - after a phone call or message left, samples sent, etc. So all types of follow up are automated.
Choice #2 Quick Blaze
This handy tool has revolutionized my phone prospecting. You will need to be in front of your computer to use it, but it's worth it! The system dials your list and connects you with live people only. So instead of spending three hours calling and getting no answers or voice mail, you spend one actually talking to leads. Joe Syverson has jumped on board and does weekly webinars on how to use Quick Blaze and you'll get some great prospecting tips, live while the calls are happening. Contact me for an invite.

Add audio to your site with AudioAcrobat.
This is an awesome service that allows you to make recordings and add them to your website and emails. You can record your company's conference calls and send them out to your team or record testimonials and put them on your website.
